AP42

Overview & Challenge – AP42 is a newinnovative marketing firm based in San Ramon, CA. They approached us with a unique problem – they wanted to create a ‘Global Hybrid Workforce’ that would become a marketing wing for large corporations around U.S., reducing their marketing cost considerably.

Action – We started off by having a understanding of AP42’s outsourcing goals, work and global clientele. In order to deliver a 24-hour turnaround solution, we devised a proprietary delivery model – Design Production Outsourcing (DPO) based out of Gurgaon, India. Unlike a consulting project or a one-off campaign, DPO model enables an organization to address a wide range of creative solutions with optimal costing. The value-add of this model is shorter production time, reduced over-head costs, increased versatility and consolidated services.

Ensuring seamless communication, we transcended territorial and cultural differences and spearheaded a range of production skills for AP42. In just a year, we delivered over 200 projects for top U.S. banks related to sales and product sheet, event collaterals, internal communication, branding, website & mobile, graphics and a lot more.

Results –As AP42’s affiliate in India, we humble but with time, this partnership has deepened, turning out to be one of our biggest success stories. As an integrated market service provider, we helped them streamline their projects and deliver a multitude of digital and design campaigns to their large clients, in a timely and cost-effective manner.
