Private Eyes

Overview & Challenge: Private Eyes Inc. is a California based screening company providing background check and pre-employment screening services.
Being at the forefront of the screening industry, PEI had a growing client base and it approached us to increase its online brand presence, improve its ranking and bring organic traffic to its website. With the brand’s strong reputation for screening with less than 1% dispute rate, its evolution into digital was the natural next step. But we discovered that in spite of being at par with the best players in screening industry, it didn’t fare well in Google rankings, primarily due to a fragmented brand voice and an inconsistent brand identity.

The challenge was to develop an authentic online brand experience that resonates with the brand’s voice and value.
